pukkandan 28419ca2c8 [utils] Improve LazyList ...

* Add `repr` and `str` that mimics `list`
* Add `reversed`. Unlike `[::-1]`, reversed does not exhaust the iterable and modifies the `LazyList` in-place
* Add tests
